Most AI tools build an estimate from the information you enter—things like:
- The crash scenario (turning, rear-end, lane changes, intersection conflicts)
- The injuries and the medical treatment you received
- Whether you missed work and for how long
- The timeline between the crash and treatment
In real cases, insurers also rely on documentation and credibility. The same injury label can produce different settlement values depending on whether the medical records clearly tie symptoms to the crash and whether fault is supported by evidence.
Important: an estimate tool doesn’t decide liability and can’t account for disputed facts, gaps in records, or Indiana-specific litigation risk. Think of it as an “inputs checklist,” not a prediction.
