Most AI estimators work by taking inputs—such as crash details, injury descriptions, treatment timing, and work impact—and then generating a rough range based on patterns from other cases.
In practice, insurers in Georgia still anchor their decisions to evidence and credibility. That means an AI estimate may be directionally useful, but it won’t replace:
- Recorded medical causation (how providers connect your injuries to the crash)
- Documentation quality (records, imaging, follow-up visits, and consistency)
- Fault analysis (what the other driver did, what you did, and what witnesses/records show)
If your claim involves disputed fault—common in intersection and lane-change crashes—an AI number may not reflect the real negotiation risk.
