An AI tool can’t see the scene, review your medical history, or evaluate credibility the way a lawyer and insurance adjuster will. In real cases, settlement value depends on evidence and proof.
In Florida, insurers often focus heavily on:
- Fault and causation (what the other driver did, and how that directly led to the crash)
- Medical documentation (whether records show the injury, treatment, and functional impact)
- Timing (how quickly symptoms were reported and care was pursued)
So while an AI estimate may generate a “range,” it’s best treated as a worksheet—not a promise.
