An AI estimate is usually built to approximate totals from common claim patterns—medical treatment, time away from work, and general loss categories. That can be helpful for understanding what types of information typically move a settlement number.
However, a calculator can’t reliably account for:
- Florida fault disputes (including comparative negligence arguments)
- Whether the injuries documented in your records match the crash timeline
- Evidence specific to your intersection, roadway design, or traffic conditions
- How insurers treat credibility when a rider’s statements are inconsistent with reports
In other words: use an estimate to ask better questions, not to predict the outcome of your case.
