An AI tool is usually designed to produce a range based on common claim inputs—like injury type, treatment length, and reported losses. What it can’t do is verify the strongest facts in your case: who had the right-of-way, what the roadway looked like at the moment of impact, and whether your medical record clearly ties your symptoms to the crash.
In practice, two riders can enter similar information and get different results because the evidence and documentation quality are not the same. If your description of events doesn’t match police reports, or if treatment records don’t reflect the severity you’re reporting, insurers may reduce settlement value.
Bottom line: treat an AI calculator as a “scenario planner,” not as a prediction of what you’ll be offered.
