AI tools are designed to translate your answers into a rough damages range. That can be useful when you’re trying to understand:
- what categories of losses are usually included (medical care, income impacts, etc.)
- how different injury timelines can change an estimate
- why two people with similar injuries may still see different numbers
But “helpful” doesn’t mean “accurate for your case.” In California, settlement value depends heavily on evidence quality, fault disputes, and how well injuries are documented over time. An AI form can’t fully capture those realities—especially in local crash situations where visibility, traffic flow, and road design matter.
