Online estimates are usually based on generic patterns—what other claims with similar injuries tend to resolve for. That can be helpful for rough planning, but Eloy claims often include variables that a form can’t capture, such as:
- Commuter traffic and long stretches of roadway where visibility, speed, and lane positioning become central to fault
- Intersection and turn disputes (including left-turn and lane-entry scenarios) where timing and “who saw whom first” matter
- Roadway conditions—construction zones, uneven pavement, debris, or signage/marking issues that may be disputed
When these details aren’t in the estimate inputs, the number you see can be either too low or too high.
A more accurate valuation comes from evidence review and medical documentation—not a single automated total.
