An AI or online calculator may approximate a range based on common claim components: medical treatment, time off work, and reported pain. That can be useful when you’re trying to plan for the next few months.
However, no tool can reliably account for:
- Fault disputes that are common when drivers change lanes, fail to yield, or misjudge motorcycle speed in traffic flows
- Injury proof (whether symptoms are consistently documented and supported by records)
- The specific course of treatment—for example, how long you actually needed follow-up care after the initial emergency visit
- Local evidence realities, like whether witness accounts match the scene and whether photos/video from nearby traffic are available
In other words, an AI number is not the same thing as what an insurer will ultimately pay in Hueytown.
