Most AI tools work from standardized categories: injury severity, treatment length, and lost income assumptions. That’s helpful for planning questions—but it can miss local factors that show up in real cases, such as:
- Intersection and turning conflicts involving drivers who entered the roadway in front of a motorcycle
- Lane-splitting related disputes (who was where, when, and whether the rider had a safe path)
- Traffic signal timing and witness availability near high-activity corridors
- Construction/road work periods that affect visibility, lane patterns, and braking distances
Even when two riders have similar diagnoses, the settlement value can swing based on what can be proven: photos, witness statements, police reports, medical documentation consistency, and whether liability is disputed.
