Most AI tools work like this: you answer questions about the crash and your injuries, and the tool produces an estimated range based on patterns from past claims.
That can be useful—especially when you’re trying to understand which inputs typically influence value. Still, a calculator can’t reliably account for:
- Alabama fault disputes (including arguments about shared responsibility)
- The quality of crash documentation (photos, witness statements, incident reports)
- Whether your medical records clearly connect your symptoms to the collision
- Local timeline realities—like how long it takes to obtain imaging, specialist visits, and treatment plans after an injury
In other words, your “calculated” number may not match what an insurer offers once they review the evidence and question causation.
