AI tools usually ask you to enter injury type, treatment dates, and general recovery expectations. That can produce a quick range, but it often leaves out the factors that matter most in a real case:
- Whether the medical record actually supports the timeline (what was known, when it was known, and what should have been done next)
- How consistent the injury is with the alleged negligence (causation is rarely automatic)
- What documentation exists in West Virginia healthcare charts (progress notes, imaging reports, medication changes, follow-up compliance)
In practical terms: two people can both say “misdiagnosis” or “delayed treatment,” yet the case values can diverge widely based on the chart, imaging, and expert review.
