AI tools typically generate a range by using inputs like injury severity, treatment duration, and medical costs. That can feel reassuring when you’re trying to make sense of bills, missed work, and worsening symptoms.
Still, a calculator is only an educational model. In Texas, the real settlement value depends on evidence quality—especially documentation showing:
- what the provider did (or didn’t do)
- how that differed from accepted care
- how that difference caused your outcome
- what losses you can substantiate
In other words: AI can help you estimate categories. It can’t prove fault or causation for a real claim.
