Many AI tools ask you to enter facts like the injury type, how long you recovered, and what bills you’ve paid. The output may look “reasonable,” but it’s built on assumptions.
In real Texas cases, the numbers hinge on details that don’t fit neatly into a form, such as:
- Whether the provider’s actions matched the accepted standard of care for the specific situation
- Whether medical experts can explain—clearly and consistently—how the negligence caused your outcome
- How Texas law treats recoverable damages when injuries worsen over time or require ongoing care
In other words, an AI estimate can’t authenticate the story the way a case file can.
