Most calculators generate a range based on general inputs—injury severity, treatment duration, and reported losses. That can be useful for orientation.
However, the real value of a claim is driven by questions a form can’t answer, such as:
- whether the care fell below the accepted standard of care
- whether the provider’s conduct caused the specific harm (not just “the harm happened during treatment”)
- whether the damages are supported by records that can be presented in a Tennessee case
In practical terms: two people can enter the same calculator details and get similar outputs, yet one case is supported by stronger medical documentation and expert review while the other is not.
