Many AI tools predict settlement ranges using limited inputs—injury type, duration, bills, and a few “severity” signals. That approach can be educational, but it often overlooks details that matter in real Oklahoma claims, including:
- Continuity of care and follow-up timing: In smaller communities, patients may travel farther for specialists or diagnostic testing. If follow-up was delayed or mishandled, the timeline can become a central issue.
- Work and family impact in a local economy: Lost wages and reduced earning capacity may carry different weight depending on your job schedule, shift work, or the ability to return to full duty.
- Documentation gaps: When records are spread across visits, hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or urgent care, AI forms may not capture inconsistencies that attorneys must reconcile.
In short: an AI number can’t “see” your medical file the way Oklahoma counsel and medical experts do.
