AI tools typically work from simplified assumptions. If you tell the tool about the type of injury, treatment duration, and medical costs, it may generate a rough valuation range.
That can be helpful for planning questions—but it often leaves out the details that matter most in real medical negligence claims, such as:
- Whether the care deviated from the accepted standard for the patient’s condition
- Whether the provider’s actions caused the injury (not just coincided with it)
- How Ohio courts and defense teams view proof through records and expert testimony
- The difference between a temporary complication and a permanent functional limitation
In practice, two people can answer the same “severity” prompts yet have very different outcomes once medical records are reviewed.
