AI tools typically work from simplified inputs: how severe the injury appears to be, how long treatment lasted, and what bills or losses you enter. That can produce a number—or a range—that looks objective.
In real Parma claims, however, value depends on details that don’t fit neatly into a form, such as:
- Whether the medical record clearly shows causation (what the provider did—or failed to do—and how it connects to the harm)
- Whether other conditions could explain the outcome and how experts address that conflict
- Whether documentation is consistent across imaging, referrals, follow-ups, and discharge summaries
- Whether Ohio-specific procedural requirements are met as the case develops (deadlines, filing requirements, and evidence handling)
An AI estimate can’t review the chart the way an attorney and qualified medical expert can.
