In Grenada, crashes often happen on familiar commutes, weekend routes, and night travel patterns—places where people assume “it was probably nothing” until they’re the ones calling an ambulance.
Two things commonly create problems:
- Evidence timing. Dashcam footage, nearby business cameras, and even the condition of the roadway can change quickly.
- Witness consistency. Memories can differ once people return to work, family responsibilities, or out-of-town travel.
If you wait too long to document what you remember and request key records, you can lose leverage—especially in cases where impairment is disputed.
