AI tools generally work by taking the facts you enter and mapping them to past patterns. That’s useful for education—but it’s not the same as a claim evaluation.
In dog bite matters, the number can shift dramatically when:
- Medical causation is questioned (for example, if injuries appear inconsistent with the incident timing)
- Severity is disputed (insurers may minimize wounds or treatment)
- Liability is contested (questions about control, notice, or whether the dog was provoked)
- Local evidence is incomplete (photos, witness statements, or animal incident reports may be missing)
In other words: an AI range may be directionally helpful, but it can’t replace a legal review of the facts and records.
