Most online tools work by asking you to input details (wound type, treatment timeline, visible scarring, and similar categories) and then returning a rough range. That can be helpful for education.
However, dog bite outcomes in real life hinge on factors an AI tool can’t verify—like:
- Whether the dog was properly restrained or fenced at the time of the incident
- Whether the owner had notice of prior aggressive behavior
- Whether the circumstances match what you’ll need to prove under Texas law
- How your medical records describe the injury and its likely cause
In other words, a calculator may give you numbers, but evidence determines whether those numbers are realistic.
