Most AI-style calculators are built for broad scenarios. They may ask for basics like wound severity, treatment, and recovery time—but they can’t reliably account for issues that come up often in suburban Texas claims, such as:
- Unclear timelines (when the bite happened vs. when treatment began)
- Conflicts between early statements and medical notes
- Disputes about provocation or supervision (especially when bites occur near shared walkways, yards, or during routine drop-offs)
- Inconsistent documentation of swelling, infection risk, scarring, or lingering mobility limits
A calculator can help you understand categories of damages. It can’t replace an attorney’s job: building the narrative insurers must accept.
