An AI or online calculator can be a starting point for understanding categories of damages. However, it can’t reliably account for facts that often decide the outcome in real Texas negotiations, such as:
- Whether the bite happened in a context that makes responsibility easier to prove (e.g., a private property visit vs. an uncontrolled public encounter)
- Whether photographs, witness statements, and medical notes match the incident timeline
- Whether treatment reflects the wound severity and any lingering issues
In other words, a calculator may offer a range—but a Texas claim is only as strong as the evidence behind it.
