After a bite, it’s common for adjusters to request a recorded statement or to suggest that “everything can be handled now.” That urgency can be risky if your documentation is incomplete—especially if:
- the wound turns out to be deeper than it looked at first,
- you need follow-up care (or additional visits after a first round of treatment),
- scarring or nerve sensitivity becomes more obvious later,
- your work schedule changes during recovery.
A calculator can’t assess that timeline. A lawyer can.
