After a dog attack, insurers and defense counsel typically want to answer three questions quickly:
- Was their insured party responsible? (owner/keeper, control of the dog, supervision)
- What injuries were actually caused by the bite? (not just symptoms that followed)
- What proof supports the amount of damage? (medical records, treatment timeline, and documented impact)
AI tools often approximate outcomes by matching your inputs (bite date, treatment, scarring, etc.) to patterns from other cases. That can be useful for forming expectations—but it can’t independently confirm facts like prior notice, witness credibility, or whether the medical records align with the story.
