AI tools generally work from generic inputs (bite severity, treatment length, scarring). Miami cases often add local complications that a calculator can’t see:
- Where the bite happened: residential driveways, fenced yards, apartment/common areas, or while walking near busy corridors.
- How quickly reports are made: whether animal control or local authorities were notified, and whether witness information is preserved.
- Insurance and communication patterns: owners and insurers may push for early statements or quick resolutions—sometimes before treatment is fully documented.
- Commuter and family schedules: missed work and childcare impacts can be harder to calculate if you don’t track them from day one.
Instead of asking only “what number will I get?”, aim to build the record that supports your number.
