AI tools can be helpful for understanding categories of damages, but they can’t reliably account for the things that change outcomes in Ohio:
- Liability disputes (Was the dog restrained? Was the owner on notice? What were the circumstances?)
- Medical causation (What the records say about how the bite caused the injury)
- Severity documentation (wound depth, infection treatment, follow-up care, and any lasting effects)
- Consistency of accounts (what witnesses, reports, and medical history reflect)
In other words: an online estimate may suggest a range, but it can’t confirm whether your facts will hold up under insurer scrutiny.
