AI tools can be useful for education, but they’re not designed for the way dog bite incidents play out in dense neighborhoods:
- Shared spaces and building routines: Bites can occur in hallways, lobbies, stairwells, or near shared entrances—where video coverage and witness availability may differ from a typical suburban yard scenario.
- Pedestrian-heavy environments: When the bite involves a stop-and-go moment on a sidewalk or near a curb, causation can become a dispute—especially if the dog owner claims the dog was startled or the pedestrian moved unpredictably.
- Fast insurance pressure: After a bite, adjusters sometimes push for quick settlement discussions before you’ve completed treatment or gathered documentation.
An AI estimate can’t evaluate whether the evidence supports the story you need for a strong New Jersey claim. That’s where legal review matters.
