Most AI tools work by taking the details you type in (injury description, treatment timeline, whether there are visible wounds, and related costs) and then producing an estimated range.
The problem is that in actual Gautier claims:
- The documentation matters more than the label. Two people can both say “puncture wound,” but the medical narrative (depth, infection risk, follow-up care) can lead to very different damage values.
- Liability is often contested early. Owners may deny notice of prior aggression or dispute whether the bite was provoked.
- Insurance adjusters may move quickly. They may ask for statements or offer “resolution” before you’ve received follow-up care.
An AI estimate should be treated like a starting point—not a promise of what you’ll receive.
