In a lot of Burton dog bite claims, the “story” matters as much as the medical records. That’s because liability may hinge on things like:
- Whether the dog was known to be aggressive (or whether the owner had notice)
- Whether the incident happened in a place where visitors or neighbors reasonably expected safety (front yard, walkway, apartment/condo common areas, or a driveway)
- Whether the dog was restrained or contained in a way that was typical for the property
- Whether there are witnesses nearby who can describe the dog’s behavior before the bite
An AI calculator can’t interview witnesses, review photos and videos, or reconcile what you told the doctor with what the owner later claims. That’s where a claim can rise—or stall.
