Most AI calculators predict a compensation range by matching your answers to patterns from other cases. That can be useful if you’re trying to understand categories like medical costs or recovery-related losses.
However, an AI tool can’t:
- verify whether the dog’s owner had notice of prior aggressive behavior,
- interpret Louisiana medical documentation the way a litigator would,
- evaluate whether photos, witness statements, or animal control reports hold up,
- anticipate defenses adjusters commonly raise.
In other words: treat the calculator as a starting point for questions, not as a number you should rely on.
