An AI estimate is only as good as the inputs you provide. In real Versailles cases, details that change value are often the hardest to summarize quickly:
- Exact location and access (open gate, fence gaps, shared property areas)
- Whether the dog was restrained or whether the owner had reasonable control
- Prior knowledge (any history of lunging, growling, or aggression)
- Injury documentation quality (photos, wound descriptions, and consistency across medical notes)
- How quickly you sought care and whether the record supports the severity
Two people can enter the same injury category into an estimator and get different ranges because the model can’t verify Kentucky-specific evidence issues or how an adjuster will scrutinize causation.
