Online tools can be useful for education, but they can’t review the evidence that actually drives outcomes—things like the wound description in your medical record, whether there’s documentation of swelling/infection risk, and whether causation is supported.
In real Villa Rica claims, the insurer’s evaluation often turns on questions such as:
- How quickly you received care and whether records reflect the bite’s severity
- Whether the dog was known/aggressive (or if the owner had reason to anticipate risk)
- Whether liability can be proven when witnesses are limited (a common issue in residential neighborhoods and apartment complexes)
- Whether the injury affected daily life beyond the initial appointment—especially if follow-up treatment was needed
A calculator won’t know those facts. That’s why it should be treated as a rough planning tool—not a forecast.
