AI tools generally work by taking a few inputs (injury type, treatment, whether there are scars) and producing an estimated range. That can be useful for planning conversations—for example, to understand why medical documentation matters.
However, AI calculators can miss the realities that often affect dog bite outcomes here:
- Where the bite occurred (apartment common areas, gated communities, docks/marinas, or busy streets)
- Timing (whether the dog owner reported the incident promptly or tried to resolve it privately)
- Evidence quality (photos taken immediately, witness availability, and whether video exists)
- Florida case timelines and the pace of medical follow-up
In other words, the calculator can’t accurately measure how strong your proof is, how liability will be argued, or whether your injuries match the medical record.
