Most calculators work by asking for basic details (when it happened, where it occurred, how severe the injury was, and what treatment followed). That can be useful for rough budgeting.
However, calculators can’t fully account for issues that frequently affect value in Orlando cases, such as:
- How quickly you received medical care after the bite
- Whether the incident occurred at a vacation rental, apartment complex, or common-area property
- Whether there’s clear evidence of foreseeability (prior aggressive behavior, warnings to staff, or owner knowledge)
- How consistent your account is with records and photos
If your estimate feels “too low,” it’s often because the tool can’t weigh the evidence that actually moves negotiations.
