An AI estimate is usually built from patterns—how similar cases tended to resolve when certain injuries, treatments, and circumstances were present. That can be helpful for early planning, but it’s not the same as how a Jacksonville insurance adjuster evaluates a claim.
In practice, adjusters focus on things like:
- Whether you sought care quickly (and whether records reflect the bite)
- Whether photos and medical notes match what you reported
- Whether liability is supported (owner knowledge, control of the dog, prior behavior if documented)
- What damages are provable (bills, prescriptions, follow-up visits, work notes)
So while an AI tool can help you understand categories of loss, it can’t replace document-based proof.
