- Unfavorable photos or limited documentation of scarring, swelling, or wound depth
- Disputed causation (whether the bite is the reason for later symptoms)
- Questions about supervision and restraint in residential or shared property situations
Even strong medical records may not translate into maximum value if the claim story isn’t organized to address likely defenses.
