Most AI tools work by taking the information you type in (injury type, treatment, whether there’s scarring, and so on) and producing an estimated range. That can help you ask better questions.
But a calculator can’t fully account for Mountain Home-specific realities, such as:
- Seasonal activity patterns (summer visitors, weekend events, more foot traffic near rental properties and public areas)
- Where the bite occurred (homes, rental properties, yards, or places where access and supervision may be disputed)
- How quickly treatment records were created (whether you went to urgent care right away, whether wound care notes are complete)
- Evidence availability (some properties have limited video coverage, and witness accounts may be the only way to clarify what happened)
That’s why we treat AI estimates as educational, not determinative.
