Defects don’t always announce themselves clearly. Many clients describe problems that begin as “something feels off,” then escalate quickly—sometimes after a repair, sometimes after a recall notice, and sometimes with no prior warning.
In the Emmaus area, we commonly see defective-part claims tied to:
- Brake or traction issues that appear during sudden stops or low-speed maneuvers, leading to rear-end collisions or loss of control.
- Electrical and sensor malfunctions—dash warnings, intermittent power loss, or distracted-feeling behavior because systems behave unpredictably.
- Tire-related failures (including alleged manufacturing defects) that worsen under highway conditions and stop-and-go driving.
- Airbag and restraint system concerns where deployment timing or sensor behavior is questioned after an impact.
Not every case will involve the same part or the same theory. The difference-maker is whether the failure mode matches what happened and whether it can be proven with documentation.
