In smaller communities and regional routes, it’s common for claims to become complicated quickly:
- Vehicles are repaired fast to get back to work, school, and appointments.
- Shops may replace parts before you’ve collected records or photos.
- Witnesses and details can be harder to preserve over time.
- Insurers may claim the failure was caused by improper maintenance or normal wear.
When that happens, the real question becomes: Was the component defective, and did that defect contribute to the crash or damage? You shouldn’t have to navigate that alone.
