AI tools can be helpful for organizing questions, but they can’t:
- read your ER records, operative reports, or burn clinic follow-ups
- predict whether you’ll need additional procedures as scarring matures
- evaluate functional loss (hand movement, range of motion, nerve pain)
- anticipate disputes insurers commonly raise in burn cases
In real claims, insurers look closely at whether the documented treatment matches the claimed mechanism of injury—especially when there’s a gap between the event and follow-up care. A “range” from a calculator may ignore those credibility issues.
