Online tools may ask for burn severity, treatment dates, and time missed from work. But they can’t see what your medical records show, how your skin actually healed, or whether you developed complications that are common with burns.
In Pennsylvania, adjusters may focus on questions like:
- whether the treatment matches the claimed mechanism (how the burn happened)
- whether you followed recommended wound care and follow-up appointments
- whether your current symptoms are consistent with the burn pattern
- whether you’ll likely need additional care (scar management, therapy, or future procedures)
A calculator can’t verify those points. A lawyer can.
