Online tools can be useful for organizing your thoughts, but they’re not medical reviewers and they don’t evaluate fault the way a Maine claim must.
After a burn, the biggest variables usually include:
- Whether the burn is superficial or deep (which affects healing time and whether grafting or surgery is needed)
- Where the burn is (hands, face, joints, and sensitive areas often change function and long-term care)
- Complications that can appear later, such as infection, nerve pain, or limited range of motion
- Work impact—especially for people whose jobs involve physical tasks, outdoor work, or shift-based schedules common in the region
An AI tool can’t confirm those facts from your charts, operative reports, or follow-up notes. That’s why two people with “similar” burns can end up with very different claim outcomes.
