An online tool may ask for basic details (burn type, treatment, time missed). That can be useful for organizing your thoughts—but it can’t:
- review your medical records and operative reports
- confirm the burn’s depth and progression over time
- connect your symptoms to the exact incident that caused the injury
- predict whether you’ll need additional procedures for scarring, nerve pain, or restricted motion
In Alabama, insurers still evaluate claims through the lens of proof: documented treatment, consistency of the story, and credibility. If an estimate doesn’t reflect those factors, it can mislead you into thinking your case is worth more—or less—than it truly is.
