Broken bone injuries in our area frequently involve situations where timing and vehicle/pedestrian behavior matter:
- I-90 and nearby traffic collisions: Rear-end impacts, sudden lane changes, and braking delays can cause wrist, ankle, and leg fractures.
- Intersections with high turning activity: Right-of-way disputes often become the focus, and insurers may argue the fracture wasn’t caused by the collision.
- Sidewalk and driveway slip-and-fall injuries: Uneven surfaces, weather tracking, and inadequate cleanup can lead to hip fractures and other serious breaks.
- Worksite or job-related incidents: In industrial and construction-adjacent work, falls from height or equipment incidents can produce fractures requiring longer treatment.
In these scenarios, the first hours matter. Evidence disappears quickly—dashcam footage may be overwritten, witnesses move on, and weather/lighting conditions make it harder to reconstruct what happened.
