After a crash, it’s common for the other side to say:
- the driver “didn’t see” you in time
- you were in the wrong place on the road
- your injuries were minor or unrelated to the collision
- you waited too long to get medical care
Those arguments can show up especially in busy corridors and near commercial areas, where multiple parties may be involved (including delivery vehicles and larger trucks). That’s why the early steps—photos, witness info, medical documentation, and a clear timeline—matter so much.
The goal isn’t just to tell your story. The goal is to make your story believable to the adjuster and provable if it needs to go further.
