In a coastal community with frequent traffic through busy corridors and year-round tourism, serious injuries can trigger quick responses from insurers and opposing parties. After an amputation, it’s common to get requests for recorded statements, “routine” paperwork, and demands for early documentation.
The problem: early statements can be taken out of context, and missing evidence can hurt later negotiations. Our job is to slow the process down enough to build a claim that fits what actually happened—medical facts, incident details, and the timeline of complications that led to limb loss.
